Bought PRT Alpha, E stop issue

Bought a used PRT Aplha 48x96. It was up and running at it's former home. I had to partially dismantle table(took off the legs) to get it into my trailer for transport. Kept all wiring connections intact from spindle to control box VFD etc. The only thing I disconnected was the e stop. Took pictures of connections. Finally got machine set up in my shop, had electrician hook me up. trying to get it up and running. getting flashing red button on inpt #4 and error saying e stop is not out or I haven't reset. Can't get it figured out. machine has yet to move for me. Any ideas out there?

Did you pull and twist the Estop

Yes I did, multiple times.

Did you press the blue 'Reset' button on the control box and hear the contactors 'click' ?

Yes, I've gone through the contactor check(with control box door open) and hitting reset.

RE: Type in VN command and check state of E-stop (Input 4) - toggle it to normally open if NC & NC if NO. - see if that changes anything.
