One of the biggest reasons I purchased a Shopbot was in large part due to the many posts I read raving about their customer service. I've worked in customer service for nearly fifteen years and I must say Shopbot takes it to a whole new level. Although I've yet to cut anything I'm convinced any problem I may (or should I say will) encounter will not concern me whatsoever. For those of you reading posts and beginning to consider making a purchase, rest assured Shopbot will not disappoint you. Case in point. Just starting to get set up and having problems with my laptop so sent emails on two consecutive Sundays. Got an answer to both of them THE SAME DAY!!! Sunday? Really? Broke the dust shoe in two after vacuum hose got hung up and inquired to see if they offered anything beefier. Their response? Thanked me for my input, looking into making improved dust shoe, apologized for the inconvenience and had replacement shipped in less than 24 hours. Blown away.
I agree with you . There are so many companies that could learn from shopbots service.

ShopBot's support options, including this forum is why I bought a ShopBot over a Laguna.

I have been in charge of $10M custom semiconductor manufacturing systems with very expensive annual service contracts. None of them had any better service than I get from Shopbot. In fact the online videos for training are better than anything I ever had in over 30 years of semiconductor manufacturing and research.
:) I can NOT quit singing the praises of ShopBot's support! My luck, as usual, on day ONE, fresh out of the crate, I had an issue with bolts and was receiving guidance via other ShopBotters on the forum. Unsolicited, ShopBot CALLED ME on Sunday to remedy my problem! That, for me, was 110%+ going over the top.
