One of my students (Max), who has been instrumental in assembly and figuring out the Shopbot has been coming in early every morning to "make stuff." One of his creations is this table to hold the computer that we use to run the Shopbot. We went with a three legged version because our floor isn't very flat. We also wanted to stay away from the basic box shapes. My involvement was pretty limited mostly just helping Max with feasibility. Max is only a sophomore, has pretty good AutoCAD skills, but no CNC experience prior to this year. I look forward to seeing creations that he can come up with in the next couple year. He has been instrumental in helping others with projects and getting others fired up about CNC

Inspiring! I'll bet Max has his own ShopBot before he graduates...

Its very good to see a young person who has the interest in cnc and computer design ideas. By all means do your part to encourage this all you can. Too often the youth of America dont realize that there setting the foundation for their future. Good Job Max !

That is awesome, any chance you would share the file so I can make one for my classroom?
