I have a job for a colorcore sign that I need to attach to the chain link fence in the picture. The colorcore sign will be 3/4" thick x 90" wide x 40" tall. I am going to center the sign to the vertical post. The sign will weigh about 95 lbs. My plan was to attach an angle bracket to the center post at the bottom of the sign. This bracket would carry the bulk of the weight. The sign will have a 1/2" wide border inset about 1" from the edges. I was going to put my bolts in this border. I was going to put one bolt at the bottom center through the post. Then another at the top through the post via a sloppy hole in the post. Per the colorcore website, the sign will move 1/4" vertically and 1/2" horizontally with a 100 degree temperature swing. For the four corners, I was thinking of using these "Signgrabbers" that I found for chain link fences. They have a slotted hole that will allow for movement if I leave the bolt slightly loose.

Any other and better ideas for attaching the sign?

I have done a few sign for the sponsors for are local baseball team. Most done on PVC using this hardware.

We are did another sign using this hardware at the top of the sign (the fence poles take the bulk of the weight) and the other hardware above on the bottom.

None of my sign were 95 lbs. so check with the manufacture to see if there hardware will handle the weight.
Hope this helps
Good Luck

I got my sign installed and our local paper did a nice article on the person that it was honoring. Below is a link to the online version. You can click on the pictures to get a higher res view.

I ended up attaching the sign as I described originally. Except at the top, I used oversize chain link tension straps. Being oversize, that didn't tighten down to the upper fence rail, so they can freely move left to right as the Colorcore expands/contracts.
