I have a sign guy who needs them but his drawings are not working out. I can find tons of mens hands of course. But these need to be a woman's 2d is ok or 3d.

Steve,
You obviously never knew my mother... those hands look very soft compared to hers! ( She always said this. I am not disrespecting her! If I were, she would probably whack my behind, with one of her stong hands. They could cover a LOT of "real estate".)

If you can do some modeling you could buy the praying hands and modify them to look female

I would soften up the knuckles, remove a few of the wrinkles, try to elongate the fingers and thin them and elongate the nails a bit. Depending on your expertise and program you could probably do it in less then 30 minutes....:D
