All of the patterns will come with instructions, material size's, bit that is recommended suggested whole sale price type of wood recommended list of places to buy the needed parts to complete the pattern where needed, jig patterns for drilling needed holes for those who do not have a drill attachment to the shop bot i will also list additional tools, like table top band saw, 3"belt sander, 2" belt sander for that patterns when needed.

I am trying to make this a plug and play set up for you.
So that all you have to do is down load the files, open in aspire copy and paste need patterns to fill your board up.

HAD SOMEONE TO ASK ME WHY I AM OFFERING MY PATTERNS FOR SALE IF I AM MAKING GOOD MONEY... THE MAIN REASON IS MY WIFE IS GOING BLIND.
SHE WANTS ME TO RETIRE SO THAT WE CAN TRAVEL AND SEE AS MUCH OF THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER PLACES AS WE CAN BEFORE SHE GOES BLIND, AND CAN NOT SEE THEM. I AM THREE YEARS OUT FROM BEING TO START DRAWING MY SSI AT 62, BY THEN SHE WOULD BE BLIND. BY OFFERING MY PATTERNS FOR SALE, I MIGHT BE ABLE TO SHUT THE SHOP DOWN AND MAKE AT LEAST HALF OF WHAT I MAKE WITH MY FINISHED PRODUCT. CURRENTLY I MAKE OVER 60,000.00 THIS IS UNDERSTATED. IT IS NOT HARD TO MAKE $50,000.00 A YEAR WITH A SHOP BOT, THAT IS JUST 100 CUSTOMERS BUYING $50.00 PER MONTH... WITH MY SALES BOTH NET 30 AND MY CONSIGNMENT CUSTOMERS I KEEP OUT ON THE BOOKS EACH MONTH OVER $15,000.00 OWED TO US SOME TIMES THAT IS EVEN LARGER.

Here is a picture of the dancing man. This is an old world toy that anyone living today their grandfather grandmother may have played with. We cut multi ones out of a 1/2 x 8 x 96 poplar board. Any wood could be used, but i stay with the wood that was used on my grandfathers toy. His was yellow poplar.

thanks for the kind words.. Actually i have spent some time in melbourne. She has gone thru several eye surgeries to slow it down, but the eye doctor told us that it only slowed it down a little and that she would be totally blind in three years.. One eye is down to light and dark, the other is less than half of normal vision now... There is nothing more that they can do... Glaucoma has claimed her eyes..
Hoping to get this up going so i can travel, sale patterns, and let her see the u.s. And other places..

I wanted to pass on a few thinks that I use in my daily life to help me. I use a CCTV to read my mail. I have one on my desk and another one in the shop, and a Portable one to take on the road. I have a talking tape measure and a program call Zoom Tex for the computer that will read to me or it will zoom in if I need to see something up close. I also just got the Jordy this year. My Doctor did not know what to do next so I called the Division of Blind Services they sent me to a low vision doctor and other testing. They help paid for most of my equipment. They come out to my house and trained me on how to use the equipment.
They also help me buy my ShopBot (PRSAlpha 60” x 120”w/tool changer), a paint booth and other tools in the shop to start my business.

thank you very much for this info... I have something like that on the computer now, we bought a magnifier that she can lay books under to read.. Will check into to this... Do they have this service for other states...

I am currently out of the office and will not be back till monday. But here is a picture of the wine rack that is in the patterns, and a picture of one of the shows we do.. It show almost all of the products i make. ...

I have been told that you can bring the patterns into art cam and some other programs..
The patterns are coming in aspire, eps, dxf and corel....

Here is a picture of our pattern (towel rack).. Just like the towel rack all of our designs are usable and are also decortive.

If you look close at the towl rack you will see that it is decorated. With the patterns you will get a list of suppliers for items that will be needed other than your wood to cut products from.

Like the acorn I will tell you were you can buy them, and on the papper towel holder where you can by the ball, and the towel steam. THE LEAF ON THE TOWEL RACK YOU WILL GET THE PATTERN FOR THE LEAF PLUS A WAY TO TRACE THE VEINS ON WITH SO YOU CAN TAKE A WOOD BURNING TOOL TO MAKE THE VIENS.


I will be providing as much info as possible to you. I WANT ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE MONEY AND HAVE FUN DOING IT.

All of the patterns are now on a disk. Currently they are in the following format. Aspire,sp, corel draw, dwg, dxf, and eps. By friday they will also be in art cam format. All the pictures will be taken this thursday. Will be doing the video thursday also..

I just received my copy of Home and Hearth Volume One. This is a very well put together CD with some neat projects for CNC enthusiast. There are some great projects, lots of kitchen utensils and some wonderful toys.
