First Time Top Surfacing Program

Just got my new 2 me showboat 48 x 96 Alpha and ran the top surfacing program. I noticed as the cart moved toward 0,0 the cart overshot a small amount causing a non square corner. The other corners were fine,it repeated this the entire cut. Any ideas would be a great help!!

That's normal nothing to worry about have fun with your new to you shopbot it's a blast:)

Yeah. It does a little dance every time it starts a new line. That is it's sub-routine to move the cutter out to the next area. No worries.

The thing to watch for is if your getting any ridges left on the spoiler board after you surface the table top. If so then your spindle or router is not square to the table.
