First major boo-boo today - i was running along smoothly all day until I went to surface a board down by .0625 and forgot the 0 !!! Bit dropped down way to far and bot tried to keep going, I wans't fast enough on my spacebar and blew the fuse for my bot :( guess I'm done till tomorrow...

Don't feel bad, i did the exact same thing on one of my very first cuts when i got my bot. I had a .5" endmill chucked up and It went thru the mdf, thru the plenum and didn't stop until it hit a metal crossmember on my table and blew 2 large fuses in my control box.
When i got the bit out you could see the floor thru my hole in the table. Fortunately i was able to cut out a patch and fashion a plug to go in its place with the bot, so it was like it fixed itself!:eek:
