Here is a sander that I use... It is good for tight places.

They are handy, i had one of those burn out on me in a day. Rockwell has some options. I use a cordless Bosch version.

Here is the one I use. Down side its a two piece operation. You have to buy a transformer to make it work. I think that its over priced. But I have to admit that it works. If you remember making models as a kid where plastic parts popped out of a plastic frame, that is the kind of sanding heads that you get.

I dont use the sand paper that came with the pen sander. I bought a roll of sand paper and just cut off what i need. I have so many differant sanding devices, generally i grab what is closet. And with all of those there is still areas i can not reach. My favorite is a needle file for getting those hard to reach fuzzies.
