I made this for my son. And now, my daughter is taking lessons with it. Gosh, I never thought she would be motivated by this project. I have already told her that dad will make her one too.

Really nice Jeff. I like the clean look. Did you do the neck also? Cut frets with the bot?

Made body, neck and fret board on bot. Neck was harder than fret board to make. The neck back tapers from body to the head stock. I got dimensions for taper from stewmac Spent many hours with aspire. the hardest part about fret board was waiting two weeks for the .023 bit from McMaster-carr simply a .25 thick board with a 12 radius arch cut out from portions of vectors used for neck. From the fret arch dimensions, I made the reverse for a sanding block to sand both the fretboard and frets after they were installed.
