Well it was a longer road then I was expecting but it is done. This was a PRT 60x120 with a 4g board. I kept the steppers, table base and.........well that's about it. It has 20mm round linear rails on XY and 25mm square linear rails on the Z with a ball screw. Electronics consist of a PMDX-126 with spindle control and 4 g203v geckos. All running under Mach3. This machine is jam up. Now you can see in the video that I still have my PRT ALPHA so don't go hating on me for making a FrankinBot.

Who needs a tool changer, you got a machine changer...seriously, the only way to satisfy a curiosity is by doing, so saying that, let the "brand birds" chirp..
going to pm you.

Thank you Gene. It's a little disorganized at the moment. Waiting for the electricians to hook up the Omni. It needs to get moved over a bit so I can run all three machine at a time and still be able to work :D

Hi John,
Looks nice to me. I also used the PMDX 126 and Gecko 203V's on my conversion and it works perfect. I run the Smooth Stepper and the 2010 Screen Set. Plenty of macro buttons that work great.
