I am trying to router out a 4x8 in. box with a descending toolpath from bottom to top 1/8 to 5/8 any help would be appreciated. I am running partworks 3.5 with a PRS Alpha.

A little more info might clarify things. What is the inside shape supposed to look like? Is it a bow shape or V shape?
Sounds to me like you want some type of 2 rail sweep to carve the contour of your insides but we need to know what profile you want to use for that?
maybe show us a pic or file to give us more info...

If I understand right, you can use a fluting toolpath.

Justin...
Going on the limited amount of information you've given... I'd tilt my material using a 1/2" shim. Yes, you can likely do it with fluting toolpaths but if this is a "one off" the learning curve will be a lot easier tilting the material in a holding jig.
