San Jose Family Camp

The boss requested a new monument sign for the San Jose Family Camp entrance. The need was for a sign to fit into the enviroment and not stick out like a sore thumb.

The sign was constructed with 15 lb. HDU sign foam. Routed on the shopbot. Coated with Kelly Moore Semi Gloss paint.

The trees were made out of steel and stucco.

There will be a solar panel mounted on the small tent on top with a solar light in the rock pile in front of the sign.

Very nice. The trees look great! Did you back the HDU with anything to strengthen
it up. Not picking, just learning.

I laminated in a 1"x1" tube steel bar where the branches touch the HDE sign. The bars are welded into the frames in the outer logs.
