Tablet computer to run ShopBot

Has anyone used a tablet computer like the MicroSoft Surface to run their ShopBot?

Surface pro should do it. The RT not so much. seems like an expensive box for the job though. Maybe you could just RDC from the Surface into your control PC and run it remotely. Mo bettah!
