Acrylic Cutters

I am new to cutting signs in Acrylic. Can anyone tell me what bits are best to cut the profile of the sign and v cut letters also spindle speeds and move speeds.

For the profile cuts I use the Onsrud 63-500 Series. The best acrylic cutting bit I've used and I've cut a lot of acrylic. Use the speed and feed chart on the Onsrud website. I haven't ready v cut any acrylic so I can't help you there.

Andy, try the 65-000 bits some time.
