I was cutting some 1.25 inch round holes from some MDF today, and then I went back to the shop to cut some more. The bot gave me the stink eye.
The Z axis seems to be ok, it moves up and down smoothly with the keyboard commands, however the X and Y have started Clunking and Skipping Very Loudly. I dropped the steppers and checked my square. All seems well, the gantry moves effortlessly up and down the rails with all 4 wheels engaged during the entire trip, same for the Y Axis.
I did a UR and reset the thing back to factory, but it is still clunking at me. If it was just one Axis, I would think it was a stepper motor, but it is 3 motors over 2 Gantries, does anyone know if there is a reset button in the control box or something.
I tried to air cut a file, and it gave me an error, contact could not be engaged.
