Just delivered the table today, top is 96 x 42 x 1 1/4
The chairs were made and delivered last month a library carrel desk is next.
All the material is red oak.

Mr. Harnett: super nice work. Wow impressive. I would not have attempted that large of table with red oak. Hard to seal and to hide the grain. Man that had to weigh a lot. Very good workmanship.
Nice bent back Chairs did you bend them or cut them into shape. All is very impressive.

Thanks guys, Eugene the chair legs are shaped I cut a pattern on the bot then bandsaw the blanks and use vacuum to hold the pattern in place and trim to size on the pin router.

Thanks What I was talking about was the backs. I figured you did the legs on the cnc. then used a mortise drill to remove material where the sections go together. I have a jack system made to help me bend the backs of chairs that I steam. This way the Jack system keeps them the same from the first to the last. I made a plywood top and bottom that has my curve cut into them. then I use a old jack press to bend them in shape. This I leave for 24 to 72 hours to dry and hold their shape. Thought you might have done this to yours.

I did the backs on the pin router also with two patterns concave and convex on 10/4
