I am finally getting this thing in place after we built an entire addition to house it.
2005 PRT ALpha
All the red lights on the driver alarms inside the control box are flashing.
all axes.
I have it wired 240v to as 20Amp circut breaker.
It says 30amp circuit in the directions.
Could it just not be getting enough power?

SB3 says it can find it, thinks its active.
Input on 1 and output in 8 according to diagnostic is this correct?
When I bring up yellow keypad it has 4 selected for output.

I am using a standard router plugged in 110 separately, I don't even have it plugged in because I want to do some jogging first.

Make sure you press the blue rest button on the control box after you power it on & hear the contactors click. Also, make SURE e-stop is plugged into the board & red button is not pressed in.

Load firmware to control box via UI command. When done, run UR command to select your machine (under older shopbots folder).

Output 4 will always be on any time the tool is moving, or there is the potential for the tool to move, such as via keypad.

Thanks. I guess I should mention I read the instructions and did all that.
73% connection speed.
The motors just don't turn on.
The control box is on and control software thinks the machine is running.
This machine was fully setup before and computer is same so I don't need to load anything.
I just moved it to a new home.

Howdy,

Here's a "shot in the dark"...

Check that your 220 feed is connected to terminals 1 and 3 in your control box...I initially had mine on terminals 1 and 2 and the machine didn't run properly...the wiring diagram clearly showed that 220 was supposed be connected to 1 and 3, but my electrician missed that little detail.

NOTE: the machine I use is the PRSalphaBT48 so I have no idea if your wiring diagram is the same or not, or if this has anything to do with your problem...you will need to peek at your diagram to verify the terminal hook-up...you may want to call Tech Support and let them help you to be on the safe side.
