I have this program called NameRazor that you input a list of terms or names and it generates a business name. It is what we used to create Habitat For Bats. It doesn't really give you the end result but helps get your mind wandering spuring creativity. Anyway... it can be fun too.

For example...
Brady, Watson, Scanning, CNC, Foam
Gives me... (choosing the better one's in the list)
BradyBiz
LogicBrady
WatsonMade
FoamLink
FoamBot (no lie, that's in the list)

CNC, Bill, Palumbo, Wine, Girls, Foam
gives me...
PalumboIntegration
CNC Bear
Focus Foam
Whiz Wine (uhhh... no)
Scope CNC
Foam Mates
CNC Hound

You get the idea. Nothing grand. It's not a cure all and it can be limited at times... but it gets you thinking which is the point.

It was only $15 and you can find it by on Google. (I'm not affiliated in any way) OR... just post 4 or 5 terms here and I'll run them through and see what comes out.

Some of the more interesting ones include...
Dr Plante
Plante Creations
Techno CNC (I wonder if that's where that name came from)
Carving Factory
Tsunami Plante (nice ring to it)
Think Andre Cabinets
Pulsar Design
CNC Lava
Plante Magic
Diamond Cabinets
Dizzy CNC
AndreIt CNC
Wallet Carving (LOL, itsn't that what we are all trying to do)
Only Plante
CabinetScapes
CNCentive

There are many more, but those seemed the most interesting.

Welcome to Dizzy CNC, we specialize in wallet carving. Our automated machinery is guaranteed to give you a cashectomy. :-)

It's all about getting those creative juices flowing. Sometimes something clicks and you have a name. The name CabinetScapes is taken. CNCentive appears unused, just have to figure out how to say it... "See En Centive" is how I hear it.

Is any one getting work done here?

I'm too busy wallet carving to work.

Actually, I've been busy but I try to take time to check the forums during the day and spend a little time. I've neglected the forums for a while and have neglected to bring all the entertaining stories of getting stuck to the table with a vacuum jig etc... so you guys can have a good laugh. I don't have as much free time as I use to have which is good and bad. I have more cash available now, but less time. When I had grande time, no cash. The two seem mutually exclusive.

While this business name post is meant to be fun, it is a crucial part of a successful business. A good name can go a long way.
