I need to make boxes 62 x 22 x 6 inches for a new product. Since I'm not sure how many will sell, I don't want to order 100 boxes, and ordering less raises the cost considerably. Can I make boxes on my 48 x 96 PRS Alpha with a dragknife? Recommendations for the dragknife, corrugated, etc. are needed.

I use a .125 endmill to cut out and score boxes on my bot

Are you wanting to make the box out of cardboard or something else? I see you say "corregated" and i assume you mean cardboard.
If you want to make it from something else there is a nice box making app at
