Push the stop button. Both of them. Then twist and release both of the buttons. Look at the inputs on the screen and see if 4 goes out. If it does then you are good to go. It was the loose nut behind the machine. If not then you have a short somewhere.

I reconnected my motherboard the other week, after getting it repaired and had the same issue. I reloaded the firmware and the problem went away.

I'm not tech savy, and don't know if there are potentially negative consequences to doing this, but it worked for me.

FWIW I'm remembering that after reloading firmware I had to turn the control software off then on again to get rid of the error.

VN

Switch#4 STOP Type

you may need to change it to;

0 - Nrm closed stop

or

1 - Nrm open stop

Depending on the type of stop button you have.

YMMV

If you have two stop buttons then;

If they are normally open you have to wire them in parallel so that closing either switch will close the circuit and trigger the stop.

If they are normally closed you have to wire them in series so that opening either switch will break the circuit and trigger the stop.

Stay safe and have fun out there.

If you have a VOM you can check if the switches are normally open or closed and if your stop button(s) is working at all.

Everything was working fine when I closed down yesterday.
Nothing was touched
Started up today and for 4-5 hours same issue

It doesn't happen very often but maybe your stop button broke and is now stuck in the "off" position. This can be checked with a continuity tester / VOM. A broken wire on a normally closed switch would also act this way.

When I hit reset button there is no click in boxSounds like one of the contactors in the box may be stuck. Try giving it a few love taps to maybe get it working for the time being.

Just glad to be of some help and hear it worked!

Slapped up a few TV's (among some other inanimate obstinate objects) in my days. ;)
