dimensional sign help

Hello,
I am new to shopboting and am looking for some help. I was hoping that someone could give me a vcarve pro file for a dimensional sign. I am having a hard time grasping how to do the cut paths. I was hoping that by looking at a file I could get a better idea on when to use profile or pocket or whatever. I have viewed the tutorials on the vectric site and have a basic understanding.

You should have sample file on CD with a software.

Small one for my Mom, but resize and recalculate all toolpaths. very basic. Woops, even Zipped it exceeded limits. Watch your pm's
