I wanted to show how easy it is to setup the draw routine and a rollup tablet.
The rollup can be configured 2 ways ,one just plug it in and the rollup provides
the driver or down load the tablet driver routine and run it
This shows the built in driver
,somewhat easier to set up and this is all very portable ,and the end result is a
*.dxf file and can be editted in aspire
which i will be showing next
This rollup is
36x30 ,and they can be smaller

Stan is using John Walsh's Logic Trace Cnc Dxf software. It cost $800.
I also found Ziatek® Paper˛CAD! for $995.
Does anyone else use software that takes digitizer input and outputs DXF format?
What is your experience with these or other programs?
What is the cost?
Looks like an easy way to get information into Aspire and then clean it up if need be.

I found this to be easy and do able.
I never really took to cad software but i have always drawn my own plans .
So now i can draw and digitize what i have drawn.I feel if you are not using a cad program a lot you're lost and it can take forever, where this really pays off is when you have some of those old grid type plans (1 inch squares) those are impossible to scan and convert to *.dxf.
An example-- http://youtu.be/E-ESF97iWxQ
This is an old delta gram most people here may have not seen these
possibly collectors item now ( I have about a dozen 1935 up)
