WHEN SETTING UP PRODUCT, AND PART NUMBERS, YOU NEED TO CATEGORIZE AND NUMBER YOUR PRODUCT.
I have over 18 pages of products that we make and wholesale. I have set up a category for like products. for example BB is for Baby bottles (wooden of course)
Attached is my product codes that goes with each price sheet and our first page of our price sheet that goes to our customers.. This helps my customer know what the codes stand for at a glance.
This way at a glance i know where the product is, and I can enter the correct info on the customers invoice.
