Hi all,

Some of you may know me from the Vectric or CncZone forums....Im not sure if you think thats a good thing! lol Im not a shopbotter...yet! I like building my cnc machines. I was told on the Vectric forum that I should post info about my software over here...so here I am!

To help ease and speed my job pricing, I wrote a simple but effective workshop job pricing program. In response to a poll on CncZone showing interest, I elaborated this software and made it available at a small fee to compensate for my time. Interest since has been positive, and I am working on big improvements to the 2nd version.

I am currently working on the 2nd release of the software, Version 1.5 Beta, which is almost an unrecognisable leap ahead of the first. I hope to reveal more info about this in the next few weeks. There will be a significant discount available on the 2nd release to current users of the program and this discount will significantly exceed the customer discount program.

If your interested you can view the history and ongoing development on the CncZone or Vectric forum links in the above post, and you can find out more information on my website at www.priceitspreadsheets.com (http://www.priceitspreadsheets.com) . The current price for the program is €20, or the converted equivalent in $ or £.

The program is currently available as Version 1 Beta, compatible with 6 currencies - $USD, $CAD, $NZD, $AUD, £GBP, €EUR.

The program also currently requires Microsoft Excel or OpenOfficeCalc ( Available Free ).

There are special offers on the program from time to time. The Christmas 10% discount just expired recently.

If you want to find out more about me you can see a few years of posts at the forum links in the post above, and I'm confidant that people there will confirm that I'm genuine and honest.

Of course, any questions/comments are welcome.

Thanks.

Diarmaid.

I forgot to mention for everyone. I'm currently compiling a major update to the Quote&Cost Version 1.50 program. This will be available in the next few weeks I hope. If your trying out the demo of the software, I suggest you wait for Version 1.51 as there are many changes, features, and the demo terms of use will be significantly different.

Hello,

If anyone is having issues with the current Demo please contact me at: support@dsm-systems.com (mailto:support@dsm-systems.com)

I have received information about an error message in the current demo, and am trying to determine if it is isolated, and specific to Excel 2003, or possibly more widespread. I would very much appreciate if anyone has had a demo problem, that they spend two minutes to fire off an e-mail to me.

At this point I'm assuming that the problem is specific to the individual concerned, as all my testing had not been able to replicate the problem.

Thankyou in advance,
Diarmaid

Hi all,

The first weekly discussion topic in the Google Group is "An 'All In One' Program or Seperate 'Modules' "

Do you like/hate module based programs? Would you prefer if Q&C was module based or not....?

Let us know, join the discussion:
