I do a lot of glue ups with pipe clamps this holder really helps out keeping it all lined up.

The only thing i don't like about large jigs is that if they are too heavy or unweildy to use you have a tendency to not use them. I guess if you're a strong young buck it doesn't matter:eek:

Actually jack its light 25 pounds I am guessing without clamps on top of it of course, I hang it on the wall when not in use.

Brilliiant idea we will be copying for sure Brian. So much better than the plastic easy fall over jobbies from Rockler etc.

If you are worried about weight, drop the wood down to a 1x4 and use 1/4 ply wood, That's what I've been using on mine, but note it only an 8 footer not as long at Brian's that look like its at least 10 foot long.

Yes bryan its a bigger one I have smaller ones made with 3/4 ply but after all the uses they are covered with glue gobbers I figured to take a picture of a fresh one, it is designed for my larger glue ups

Brian,
Speaking of glue gobbers, is there a best way to remove these darned things from clamps?
