Run Time Error 401

Hi All,

I have asked this question of support and have received no answer.

I get an error message
"Run Time Error 401"
"Can't show non-modal form when modal form is displayed"

I have a PRT Alpha running 3.6.38, and I have the speed controller installed. The control computer in running Win 7 Ultimate.

Has anyone seen this error and if so how does one correct it.

David that error usually means some sort of registry error in Windows.
Check Microsoft website or look for a registry cleaner to see if it fixes, otherwise you may be looking for a re-install:eek:
Someone may have a specific registry fix for this one so wait to see what other responses you get.....
Registry is one of those Windows legacies that is more trouble than good!!! Unless you are an expert Windows wiz kid be careful going in there!!

Think there might be a blockage in the pipe from Oz to the USA as I didnt get a reply to an email sent early last week which is most unusual. There have been holidays over there dont forget.

Any more thoughts on our Australian camp weekend???

Hi Bob,

I have been trying for about 18 months to get a reply from SB Support no luck. It seems I am on the blacklist. I have not had a reply to any of my last 5 or 6 requests.

Would love to get together, I was hoping to do so late last year but from the date the election was announced last year, it was like someone turned on a switch. We have been working 60 hours per week and most weekends just catching up.
