I made this for my class to put by the control PC.
So my question is, what am I missing?

Looks good. Change #2 to say, "Press Blue Reset Button" - which resets the contactors in the control box for the controls, not the spindle....not that it really matters, but YOU should know.

Agree on #2.

Maybe put #11 (C3) in place of #10 (spindle warm-up) and place spindle warm-up just before running your file with something about the time span since it was last warmed up.
