Today I pulled the trigger on an Incra ts-ls #4 combo to mount my router in the right side of my Sawstop saw. I got the Masterlift II router lift earlier. I got their dust collection cabinet for the router lift because it was cheaper and easier than building my own.
I've had a lot of luck with the other Incra stuff I have, and this will really help move things along for precision cuts in all the little stuff. It'll bring my router and table saw up to the precision of the shopbot, and it'll save time where I need to do little one-offs.
Anyone have any experience with the Incra fence systems?
Any insight or tips would be greatly welcome while I'm waiting for this stuff to arrive.

I have an Incra fence on a dedicated router table my lift is from Woodpecker and so is the table. The only problem I have had with mine is the engagement device it sometimes does not want to go into the right slot and binds.
I also notice when it is engaged part way so you can adjust the fence with the dial and I get it set when I pull the mechanism to the locked position it changes and is not set quite where I left it. I am not sure if that made sense it probably will when you have used it.
All in all I would buy it again it is a handy tool for what I do with it.

I had the combo table saw / router set up...when I left the big shop and moved into the garage it had to go...but I loved it...the accuracy and repeatability was awesome.

Everything arrived and I have it almost all put together.
I really didn't expect it to take so long to build out, but it was birthday week for me and the boy, and every time I got started working I got called away.
I'm hoping to get out there and finish up today. I've been super critical with all my measurements and have calibrated everything along the way, so when I plug the router in she's ready to go.
I need to wire up the switch and get some measurements for the dust collection. One trip to Lowes for a few parts and pieces should do it.
I plan to build cabinet space underneath it, but that's always been where the shop-vac lives. In a small shop that's packed to the gills, no place for the shop-vac is a HUGE problem. :D
Every square inch of the shop is customized storage space, so something will have to go.
I'll share pics of the whole mess when it's done.
Once this is all done, the next big project is an aluminum table for the bot, an indexer, and I need to wire remote switches at all the machines for dust collection.
Then I need to get Eugene to come over here and do all the work while I sit in my chair and watch. :D

I have the Jessup table with the Woodpecker lift. I have made a few rails and stiles on it. The same Porter Cable on the bot runs this table.

That Jessum lift I got will hold most any router, just like yours, Joe. I liked that Woodpecker, but wasn't sure I'd dig the thumb wheel. How's that work for ya?
They suggest the 71842(?) Porter Cable in the paperwork for the Mastrlift, the same router that's in my Shopbot, just like you said.
As soon as I have an extra few bucks, I'll change out the 2 1/4 DeWalt I put in there. I stole it from my plunge router. :)
I just realized that this setup made a bunch of my tools obsolete now. Like my Incra box jig, Grizzly Tenon jig, the rails and fence and table for the Sawstop (I have the great big one), and the Wixey digital fence deal I had on it. I can sell that stuff and get the router, which would be great to have in case the router on my bot smokes.
I still have to make a 2" blast gate, but I got everything put together and it's all flawless. I'm waiting on some missing parts and pieces from Incra. This is the first time I've ever gotten anything Incra that was missing anything at all. I think someone must have cannibalized my stuff for parts for someone else and forgot to put them back.
Neil at Incremental Tools has been awesome, answering emails and fixing all the little troubles.
I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of this stuff or the service from Incremental. They really have been a joy to work with.
