Software Help Emergency Stop Stuck

I was running a PRT with V4 and a Control Board V206 and Software 3.6.42.

I was trying to load the new Shopbot Software 3.8.12 but it won't load. The program stops loading and says "application failed to initialize.

So I deleted all of the Shopbot software and tried to re-install 3.6.42. No the software shows the the Emergency Stop is pushed and Port 4 is lit.

I checked grounds and wire, but nothing was moved from when it worked just before the software change.

I am stumped.

OK I found another post and I checked my VN settings and found #4 closed. I changed it to Open and so It is working.
