How do I move Partworks, with it's tool bit database, and Partworks 3D, with it's tool bit database, from an old computer onto a new computer? Just install the programs onto the new computer and then copy the tool bit databases from the old one to the new one? If so. where are the tool bit databases?

If you're running one of the more recent versions of PartWorks then look on the File menu for Open Application Data Folder. Click on that and you will get a window open. It's the tools.tool_db file in the Tooldatabase folder that you want to move over.
For all versions of Partworks 3D (as far as I know) and older versions of Partworks it's a bit more complicated as the tool database is stored in the same Program Files location that the actual program is. Versions of Windows from Vista onwards don't like user modifiable files to be stored there so they move them to user specific folders instead.
Have a look in C:\Users\"LOGIN NAME"\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\ and see if you can see any folders relating to Partworks. Any tool databases in there will be the ones in use. If there aren't any there then look in the c:\program files folders instead.
