This a small spin fixture I Made for a customer.
It is belt driven with a RC car brushless motor. It will turn the Distributor 6000 RPM.
Made from King KolorKore it was back cut and bent, then screwed together with 8-32 C/S flat head allen screws.
Insert panels are Di Bond
I have also made one that spins a driveshaft sensor ring.

Kinda works like an old distributor machine.
The client makes traction control for ace cars. I have worked with him for 20+ years.
I make a full size version and this one is for displaying how his traction control works.
Plus it can play back recorded runs from the data systems on race cars.
Then it is able to display what his traction control would have done.
I have sold the full versions to Nascar institute, Moroso and Autometer.
I go to Ashville NC a fair amount.
Would love to come to your place sometime.
Nice post number LOL
