Cutting some parts for a friend. 5052 aluminum. Using an upcut spiral o flute. Until today, I was not aware that aluminum spiral o's were different than plastic cutting o's. Could someone verify this for me? I was cutting @ .7xy/.
4z/13k. Air for cooling. Could those familiar with cutting this series of aluminum give me some pointers? The only other settings adjusted for these cuts were to slow xy move speed down, to allow for a slower transition overall. This is essentially straight off the bot, seems like alot of chatter, but I am unfamiliar as to how well it should come off the machine. Thanks, Marc
