This is the first non v-carved sign we have done.

I think it looks good, and its great these kids are learning some skills they can apply right away.
The schools here have very basic shop, if the course is available at all.

Thanks, the kids really like making things on the bot and it is getting kids who never thought about a shop class wanting to be in one.:)

I grew up on long island, our school had great vo tech programs I took cabinet making and have stayed with wood ever since, what our school did not offer boces did.
Also had an awesome teacher that was 35 years ago.

Thanks for all the nice words.
I just saw the v-carve inlays and they look cool so I will be having my kids try them.
I'm 32 so... I might not have been born.
