Font on command screen

Hi, is there any way of changing the font in the command screen, or making it bold? I have just changed up to 3.6.46 on win7, and it is plenty big enough but almost too thin to be readable - it was fine before (win xp, 3.4?) Probably dead easy.

You can try this to see if it helps.

To change the appearance of the text, Right-click on the desktop screen, select Personalize. You'll have a few options there. From there you should be able to select "Medium" to change the text size - if its not already checked. Or you have the option of clicking the "Set custom text size (DPI)" option, which is in the left toolbar; which allows you to Scale the text.

Also on the left side is the "Adjust Clear Type text" option - which may help in some cases.
