Chroming plastic?

Does anyone know anyone that chromes plastic in small quantities? i.e. Chromee ships to Chromer a few hundred small plastic bat shapped things, The Chromer chromes them and ships them back.

Affordable and small quantity (few hundred at the most) are key words.
