I need to create a 15 degree bevel. I can do that with a 30 degree V bit or some kind of folding or cutting bit but I've not been able to find one. I need to cut parts from 3/4" plywood with a 15 degree bevel on 2 of the ends.
Currently I have to run the parts then run them through the table saw. Ideas?

Is it possible to tilt the work piece?

have you checked out McMaster Carr - they have tapered end mills; in that angle unless you have a 3/4" collet all they offer is high speed steel, but it would work.

look for part #8936A96 or search for tapered end mill

I'd be cutting parts from the entire sheet with opposing angles on each end of the part. Tilting would take more time than ripping on the table saw.
David, thanks for the info, I did find a 1/2" shank 1/4" end mill solid carbide with a 10 degree. I think I might do a little redesign and make that work. Change your product to match your tools... reminds me of a joke: How many Microsoft engineers does it take to change a light bulb? None, they redefine darkness as the industry standard.

I needed the same thing on one job and I used a bit from Freud. I just removed the bearing and cut off the shank.
