Looking at this door it was done with a V carve bit. However the outside corner is not rounded so of the bit must've been pulled up on the corners. Does anybody know how to do this using Vcarve Pro 7.5?

you need a offset vector to do that...

suggest you double ck this option...you can see it's blanked out
there are other other programs for making doors as you are asking for

This option works well with cuts inside or outside the line… but not “on” the line.

Everyone is correct. Sorry I was trying to use memory to answer the question and well its starting to slip from me. Here is what 2 profile passes will get you. By the looks from the photo he might be using a Vbit with a flat bottom rather than a point. His corners inside the pocket area still look rounded.
