The DC that we are using for our bot is not cutting it (1hp delta with 2 mic filter with 2 stage trash can lid) we only have a 120v on 20A so I/m looking at a 1.5 HP Industrial Mini-Gorilla (http://www.oneida-air.com/inventoryD.asp?item_no=XXP010100H&CatId={B75F8739-54DE-47CA-A8FE-4FE9AEFDCC1C}) with a HEPA filter.

or a v-system 1500 (http://www.oneida-air.com/inventoryD.asp?item_no=XXV010139H&CatId={883C6AA7-4C85-49FD-9EEA-C51D09DC8B19})

75dcb will wear you down after a while. Figure out how to enclose it in a sound deadening closet.

I have the V-2000 from Oneida and it really sucks! In a good way that is. The V-1500 is rated a bit less but I'll bet it's as good in terms of dust removal.

Kyle…
The v-system 1500 has 33% more CFM… you’ll appreciate that when you’re cutting something that the dust shoe doesn’t fit real well. My only complaint with my Oneida DC is that it just goes on sucking even after the drum is full, after the cyclone is filled up and even the filter is packed! Don't ask me how I know...

You may want to consider replacing your filter with a cartridge filter. Due to the greater surface area of a pleated cartridge there is a significant increase in airflow. Wynn filters sells replacements. Also, call them and they will help you select the best choice for you DC http://wynnenv.com/woodworking-filters/
Oneida offers a Dust Deputy http://www.oneida-air.com/category.asp?Id=%7BCC6B6F2A-E3D7-4F18-A53C-B5C357DFE131%7D This will keep your filter clean much longer.
Or you can build a Thein separator instaed of buying a dust deputy. http://www.jpthien.com/cy.htm
