Hafele different pricing for different category of customers

I was looking for a TV lift on Hafale today, and I realized it wouldn't let me buy one. Gave me some message like, Item is not available for retail market.

I was going to call them, but I thought, what if they change my account and then my prices go up?
I know some hardware manufactures do charge different prices for different customers.

Anyone know has Hafele handles this?

Hafale US will probably give most an accout. For a professional account they want Tax ID, Sales tax, Biz license etc. info. Basically proving that you are a legitimate shop. Most products have discounts and many have large quantity discounts when trade account is valid.
