On Vector Art 3D we have launched a new collection of 3D models for people who want a low cost selection to get them started with dimensional routing. The collection includes 20 3D models in 3 styles (raised, dished, recessed) in all 4 formats we offer: ArtCAM RLF, Vector Art 3D Machininst V3M, STL (Cut3D, Millwizard, MeshCAM etc.) and PTN. The disk also includes eps outline which can be used to layout parts in your CAD programs or for cutout toolpaths.

What James doesn't make too clear in the above post is that these models can be machined with the FREE Vector Art 3D machinist program. This means there is no need to purchase any additional software to get started cutting with these models (or any of the other models available for purchase from James' site).

Thanks Brian, Paco. As you point out this is a lot of artwork (and a good business oportunity) for a small investment. As also pointed out these models will work with our free software from our website which can be downloaded from here: http://www.vectorart3d.com/machinist_free
