CPP and face frame cabinets

How are you guys using Cabinet parts pro to make face frame cabinets?

I would like it to drill all the slide holes etc etc, but the only way I think I can make this work with CPP is if I make the face frames flush with the inside of the cabinet instead of have that 1/4" over hang.

you can use it with face frames but the drawer holes and hinge holes will not work
