Shopbot tools have grown soo much!

Shopbot has grown and grown. They must have some great minds at work!

I just saw some Handibot videos. I am unsure what I would use it for, but it is a very interesting peek into the future of track home building.

Hey Danny...where you been?? As i get older i find it easier and easier to justify buying new tools and have been debating what i might use more a handibot or a desktop..

So we were at Maker Faire and all of these really creative folks are coming by the booth. Last year they saw the HandiBot for the first time. Several commented on it was clever but very small so they didn't think it had much practical use (he he, they were wrong)! This year here was a small HandiBot adapted to be a full function 5 Axis PORTABLE cnc machine, WOW and right next to it was a HandiBot with an indexer and across the aisle was a HOUSE built from a KIT made by a HandiBot. Next to the house kit was the Vectric gang showing off their latest 'skunk works' software project. I totally agree that the ShopBot folks have 'it going on' and their customers further the products by doing really clever things with the machines. What a great team, ShopBot, Vectric Software, and us'ns! Russ
