What is the best way to cut 3/4" MDO on the bot?

With a wood router bit :D Just kidding......

I cut using a 1/4" compression bit. Gives me really clean edges top and bottom. I run at 300IPM, 11K RPM. I always make two passes because the bot flexes so much. I climb cut (2 passes) leaving a 1/32" skin. Then conventional (1 pass) through about 1/32". Leaves a really smooth and accurate edge. With this method I'm able to go from CNC to edgebanding with only a dust brush to brush to clean the edge.

I've used Centurian, Onsrud and R&B Tools. I've had great results with all of them.
