I have used them for several years now and they are top notch! I've made hundreds, probably close to a thousand doors with the original tips. Excellent tools.

Kip,
Do you rezero your bit after every insert change. It sure would speed things up if you don't have to rezero every time.

I wouldn't think that changing just the tips would be an effective method to employ, it would be rather tedious to do while chucked in the router. I use two separate bit holders with dedicated tips. I am still on the original tips for the "panel" bit and only my second set of tips for the "stile" bit. Although they are more expensive, they do last a very long time. I have made several thousand doors with these bits and for me, it has been worth the money to buy dedicated sets.

What is the cost of a bit holder and blade ?
