Thats a great piece of art. Can you post all sides with bigger pictures :) Nice work by the way..What are the dimensions and did you cut it on rotary axis?

I cut it on a 4x8 shopbot.
1.I built a holding jig out of 3/4 plywood
2.put plywood on 3 sides. bottom & 2 sides
3. width is 4.5, front to back is 4" length is 8.5
4. ran tool path on front first. had trouble cause the bottom tapers in and the bit wanted to cut ALL the way to the bottom (4" deep) of the trash wood.Bit is 3" long. placed vector around component THEN the outer wall was TOO high for the bit to go down.
5. After two black eyes I emailed James. He told me to make a (dummy) component on each side so that the bit wouldn't cut the outer wood. But that wouldn't work either.
6. So I stretched the file side ways at the bottom until I covered the 4.5 rectangle work area. Then it wouldn't have any wedge spots to cut out.
7. I ran a rough tool path.
8. started a NEW file with the RIGHT dimensions
9. ran a finish tool path and WALA came out perfect
One things for sure I can throw my comb away for there is nothing left to comb. BUT I got it and that makes me the winner!!!!!!
