Something's not wired properly. Get a licensed electrician to check/ wire everything.

Every thing was good before this event. I just changed the speed of the router.

It was probably an internal short in the router. I'm not sure if this is applicable in this case, but you might want to investigate: PC Router Recall (http://www.talkshopbot.com/forum/search.php?searchid=1513992)

I found the problem it is about my wire for the router. It is crisped between gear and plate.
Now after i replace the 15 amp fuse, i'm not able to open shop bot in the cutfile mode.
Any advise ?

Have you tried shutting down-unplugging everything for 10 minutes-rebooting? Maybe a UR? Sometimes it works. But maybe not in your case:(

You cant access preview mode? That's weird. Scott's recommendation would be the first and easiest thing to try. The preview thing and the short you had sound like two separate issues. If that doesn't work, try unhooking the USB cord from your computer that goes to the control box and try again. If that doesn't work you may try uninstalling and then re installing your control software. I rarely use the preview mode in the SB control software so I can't be of much help past this on that issue. However my gut tells me that you may have a little bigger issue going on. I hope for you that's not the case.
Dose you're control box power up and the fan on the VFD and spindle turn on? (Assuming you have a spindle). If you do not or they don't power on when you press the reset button, turn everything back off, and open your control box. Turn your control box on(with the door open), and watch all the LED lights. (don't reach in the box with the power on, if your not careful you may get shocked). I may be mistaken, but I believe any color other than green after it powers up could indicate a problem. I hope this helps you narrow it down.

When I put the control box on I see just one light on it is for the limit switch.

The light for the limit switch your referring to, is it on the computer? If so, press (k) for key pad and use your arrow keys to move it off of the prox limit switch. If all your indicator lights light up ( on your desk top console) after you should be good to go from there. If you still have an issue, physically open the silver control box, (not the SB console). I'm referring to the same box you turn on to power the router. The motor drivers and the circuit boards in there have small led status indicators. It's worth looking at if you still have an issue and shouldn't take much time.

Do try a UR before doing a full re-install though.
Have you called Tech Support?
Hope it works out.
