I need help deciding on shopbot

I bought my Buddy, an Alpha BT48, which I use with the optional 6' power stick (for a 48" by 48" cutting surface). I also bought it with the 4 HP HSD spindle option.

I cut a mix of 1/2" and 3/4" plywood (mainly veneers but some melamine) and a lot of hardwood, for shaped furniture components.

I've been using it since February 2012, and would be happy to give you an honest opinion of what the machine can and cannot do, and what I have also done to mine additional to the stock machine.
