Position Crepe

I have one of the original PRT 9648 Machine that works great(09-2000). The X & Y Position seems to crepe to the positive side on both axis during about 30 cuts of same file. The file itself still cuts correctly, but the position has moved about 1/32" more or less in those 30 some cuts consecutively. This isn't a big problem that, I haven't been able to deal with. Is there a probable cause to this? Also the SB program wants to shut down after many of same cuts? Any good Answers Out There?

have a 2003 prt when that was happening to me it was one of two issues, my jog or run speed was too high, the other was my control computer was too slow.

I hooked up a faster comp and that helped I have since upgraded to a prs controller much smoother and faster than the old prt control.
