I rabbited my 24 x 18 desktop MDF Sacrificial board and found out that the y-axis (0) is incorrectly set. The y-axis will not traverse from 0-18 without chattering at the distance of 17.75 inches. The metal screw on the gantry is up against the CNC frame at a distance of 17.75". I can use the yellow key pad to reposition to a true physical x,y (0,0) position that will allow me to traverse 0-18" with the UZ command. Unfortunately, if I then do a x,y calibration, the gantry returns to the original incorrect y=0 position. How do I permanently reset my 0,0 so I can always be capable of cutting a board 0-18" in the y-axis?The x-axis is ok.

You might have to pull the MDF board towards the -Y/Front of the bed in order to get full travel without hitting the hard stops. Loosen up the hex bolts and slide the whole board forward. You can true it up using a bit chucked in the router and nudging it where appropriate to get it parallel to the X axis before you tighten it down. You can also redo your XY homing location (0,0) by re-running the TS command and setup your prox switches using the 'Make it Easy on Me' option.
